  WARNING DO NOT COME HERE! the terms and conditions in the fine print are ridiculous if you actually take the time to read them not only this but he doesn't follow them anyway... He refused to write down dents and things wrong with the car when we were trying to note down damage before we even left and refused to refund anything... He will make racist comments like "all Australians are stupid" he also has a sign on the wall stating "the customer is never right" but once you've already put down a deposit you are trapped we had no choice after he stated the first deposit was non refundable... This idiot needs to do himself a favor and study consumer rights law because he will qoute false laws to squeeze every penny out of you... If you have trouble with this man please call consumer affairs and get them to help you... Consumer affairs helped us get our money back over a month later wpuld of been a lot longer otherwise THIS MAN IS SCUM. SCUM SCUM SCUM take your money and go elsewhere for your own good and safety Threatening behavior is not welcome in this country
